Now that it's Spooky Halloween time again, Kids are thinking about what costume to wear. Noted as the second most decorated season, Halloween takes center stage about this time each year, just after kids get back to school. Some stores have their Halloween goods out even before school starts, hoping to extend the season as long as possible. More and more houses seem to get into the Halloween spooky spirit each year.
